Lefty Lucy

Broken,
But not for long.
Adjusts the wrench and then
She torques it with a few more spins.
Car girl.

She likes
Challenges, too.
Using the tools to make
Mechanical problems of yours,
Vanish.

 

This was a “mechanical” poem for Day #28 of the Poetic Asides contest at Writer’s Digest.
