Blue and White

Nittany Lion
Strikes a pose
Hotels fill
Cars line up
Beside Old Main
Quarterback Shines
Home team wins
Pilgrims journey
Meeting at Sheetz
Clean streets
Painted houses
Darkness swallows
Happy Valley
Starlit Sky
Wooden deck
Beside my love
Sipping wine
Gentle breeze
Night fades
Oak leaves rustle
Where we bleed
Blue and white

Day 16 NaPoWriMo – Today’s prompt is about an almanac.  We fill in facts about our hometown (or any place we wish, real or imagined.)  Then, we take the results and write a poem.

I initially struggled with this one, but after getting the facts down, it seemed to come together on its own.
